Cancellation & Refund Policy
Scope
This policy covers purchases of billing software licenses, subscriptions, and related digital services made through zakm.co.in.
1. Software Licenses & Digital Deliveries
- Once a license key or other digital product is issued/delivered, the order is cancellable and refundable.
- Please review product features and system requirements, and use our demo/trial (if available) before purchasing.
2. Subscriptions
- You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
- Fees for the current billing period are refundable. Partial refunds for unused time.
3. Refunds for Technical Issues
- If a verified technical issue renders the software unusable and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days of your report, you may request a refund.
- Refund approval is subject to issue verification and may require logs, screenshots, or temporary access for troubleshooting.
4. Payment Disputes & Duplicate Charges
- If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment), contact us immediately. Valid cases will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Exceptions
- Customized implementations, onboarding, or training fees are refundable once delivered.
- Orders placed under special promotions are refundable unless defective under Section 3.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
