Shipping & Delivery Policy
Overview
Zakm Technologies provides billing software primarily via electronic delivery (license keys, download links and activation instructions). If you order any physical goods (boxed software, manuals, hardware add-ons), those will be shipped according to the terms below.
1. Electronic Delivery (Primary)
- Delivery method: After successful payment, license keys, download URLs, and activation instructions are sent to the email address you provide during purchase.
- Delivery time: Electronic delivery is typically immediate but can take up to 24 hours depending on payment verification and anti-fraud checks.
- Check spam/junk: If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact our support team.
- Activation: Follow the included instructions to activate the software. Activation may require an internet connection and valid license key.
2. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)
- Shipping options: Physical shipments use reputable courier partners. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Processing time: Orders for physical items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery estimates: Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2–7 business days; international shipments vary by destination and customs processing.
- Tracking: We provide a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international deliveries, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures.
4. Failed Delivery & Address Issues
- Please provide an accurate shipping address. Zakm is not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
5. Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
- If a physical shipment arrives damaged, notify the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging.
- For lost or missing shipments, contact support and provide your order ID and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the carrier confirms loss, we will either resend the item or issue a refund according to our policies.
6. Non-Delivery of Electronic Items
- If you do not receive electronic delivery (license key/download link) within 24 hours of payment, contact support immediately.
- We will verify payment and re-send delivery details. If unable to deliver due to system error on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds for Shipped Goods
Physical goods may be refundable or returnable only if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within the timeframe specified at purchase. Return shipping costs may apply. Customized physical items are non-returnable unless defective.
8. Exceptions
- Digital licenses once activated are generally non-returnable (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
- Custom software builds, on-site installation services and training are not subject to standard shipping terms and will be governed by separate agreements.
